I am an IT Engineering graduate from Matane in Québec, Canada. I currently live and work in Montréal.
Since I was young I liked contemplating life and what it has to offer. When I got older and had collected enough money to buy a camera, I bought a Kodak digital point & shoot and started looking through the viewfinder. Then I stopped for about 10 years when it was stolen. Fast forward to 2008, I grabbed the bull by the horns and bought a Canon Rebel EOS XTi (400D) and discovered the joy of SLRs. I was back in the mood for photography and now I could show the way I viewed the world.
I am always at a loss for words or use the wrong ones. But with photography I can show what I mean or how I feel by simply capturing what I see through the lens. Do not hesitate to comment on my pictures, I welcome all comments positive and negative.

Cheap and easy calibration
For best results and to ensure that you can see the pictures as they are intented, make sure that you can distinguish every tones/shades on the following image.

To calibrate your monitor with more precision with a lo-tech solution, you can try Photo Fridays' monitor calibration tool. There is also the Spyder, which is an hi-tech calibration tool available from Datacolor.
